After a frustrating 8 days waiting for parts and not knowing who was going to complete the works Lacey and Christos at Toyota Charters Towers went above and beyond and as soon as the parts were in had us booked in and back on the road.
Arrived here after a debacle in Ulta tune in Emerald , they couldn’t have been nicer to us and very professional, knowledgeable and helpful .
Please see the review from my husband Mark and the response from Charters Towers - please be aware that we sent our contact details via email and we have not received a call or email from management - I believe the reply must be automatic, making customers believe that someone from Charters Towers will try and rectify when in reality, they have no intention of calling. A poor experience from a brand we do love
We contacted Charters Towers Toyota in early December after our Landcruiser displayed a “Pre-Crash Safety Notification – visit your dealer” warning. We were towing a caravan and travelling on to Richmond, so we were very grateful when they told us to come straight in. We explained that we had seen the same warning previously after returning from Cooktown, and had assumed it was dust on the radar sensor from Cape York, we were able to clear it temporally by disconnecting the neutral cable from the battery.
