I came here for a broken finger, it was fast for an hospital and all the team is super nice.
During my whole stay I felt really taken care of. I came on a Sunday with no appointment and had to wait no 10 mins until they started taking my details. The doctor spend quite some time with me to talk about my problem and to really understand and figure out what to do. I had to stay for two nights during which all staff has been really lovely and respectfully. They have always been happy to answer any questions despite obviously busy. This is for the emergency services of the CT Hospital. I had an accident that looked like needing stitches at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday night. So, as I have no one else, I took myself to the hospital, only to find the front gate locked. I made my way around where the ambulance access is and all public access was denied. Walking,with an injured leg, in the Dark, I found the front door locked. To my relief, a medical person appeared and asked if I needed assistance. My dad has a toe that is literally rotting and turning BLACK the bone is literally being eaten and you give him antibiotics and say there’s nothing wrong? He’s had the toe cut already and the infection has NOT gone away. Do better
My husband was just in this hospital and the Doctors Nurses and whole staff were just wonderful so caring and excellent service 10/10 for this hospital
