Rented a pontoon last Saturday. They were a hour late delivering the boat and a day late picking up the boat. Charged us a extra $285 when they picked it up because they say we caused boat rash on one toon. We will never rent from that boat company in the future. Make sure you read the fine print and take a lot of photos of the boat before you rent it!! Plus he said we had a lot of people up there ask them to split it up. Huge scam!!
RecommendedMy son had an awesome time with Josh at Chartered Rentals doing the Flyboard and Hoverboard! Josh was on time and ready to teach Ben just what to do to successfully do both the flyboard and hoverboard. Josh was patient and gave good directions. Ben had a blast! I was amazed at how quickly my son was able to get up and going. It made me wish I brought my suit along. We drove from Prior Lake (about an hour and 20 minutes) and it was definitely worth the drive! Thank you, Josh!!! I hope we can make it out again.

Josh took my family out today in the SnoBear. We had a blast. Not only is Josh knowledgeable about the lake he took us on, he is incredibly friendly and was great with our kids. We will definitely be using his services again!

Josh and Chartered Rentals are great to work with and the rentals on Lake Sylvia are awesome especially the 8 bedroom with an amazing patio area overlooking the lake!
