9 am appt and it's 11 and still no movement. I am first truck in line to unload, 1 coil. Checked in 20 min prior my appt time
Delivered 2 coils to plant 2 was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Delivery 0600-2000
The operator who answers the phone pretends to be deaf, she can hear you very nicely but she will pretend she can't hear you, and hangs up the call on your face
