I wish I could give negative stars. There were two major red flags BEFORE my dad moved in and I wish I went with my gut then. When meting with Donna in sales, she was telling us the behavior concerns regarding another resident that my dad was to be sharing a room with. Discussing another residents issues is definitely a no no. Secondly, on move in day, "Director" Russ, walked by my father and myself a total of 4 times while we were sitting and waiting for his room to be ready AND didn't even say a word to us!
