I've worked for Charter Properties for nearly 14 years and it's more like home than an office. The relationships I've built are priceless. Our communities are gorgeous. As a single mom, they've offered me the flexibility needed to be successful both in and outside the office. Two thumbs up, Charter!

I worked for Charter in the mid Nineties for 3 three years and came back in 2007. It is hands down the best company to work for. I refer to everyone in our company as my work family! The friendships I have with my co-workers is invaluable. They are extremely supportive and compassionate with their employees. Thank you Charter!!

Charter Properties became my work family in 2008! Over a decade later I am beyond grateful for the support, training and knowledge Charter has given me to succeed, both personally and professionally. I consider my team family and I am so proud of the quality product and service we provide to our residents. Work/life balance is excellent!
