We had a large leak that I found via the water meter. I called Charter Plumbing and talked to Anne who was very helpful and arranged to send a plumber. As we said that we were home all day the plumber arrived early (which was great) His name was Detroit and he was very polite. I thought that the leak sounded like it was in the cavity next to the toilet but he said that you get a lot of resonates and he did a detailed search and found it under the drive approx. 1.5mtr in , originally it might have meant removing a slab of con... read more

The most important factor when you have a problem, is to get the right person for the job to arrive on time and do the job properly the first time and know that you don't have to ring them to come and do it again because of sloppy work! CHARTER PLUMBING AND GAS always arrives on time and executes the job properly. It is great to hear a pleasant and helpful voice at the other end of the phone.
