I’ve had multiple conversations with one of the drivers/operators of the company, Jake, and while he’s nice, he can’t seem to get his act together to help me book a charter—no follow up to my emails, promises of sending my info to his “pricing/sales team”, but no follow up from them. This would be a 1-star rating if not for how friendly Jake sounds.
I've booked 4 trips with this company (for both personal and professional activities) in the last 3 years am always pleased. Busses and drivers have always been great and the price is cheaper than the competition by far. Plus, it's a local, family-owned business to support. While I agree with one reviewer that Jake's communication style is rough around the edges, my guess is the rudeness was misinterpreted. Had a great trip to Red Rocks! The bus was clean and showed up on time. We were even able to drink on the bus.
