Don’t walk away from this place RUN! Neighbors are nosey and always in everyone’s business. If you rent through Mjpeterson they will never fix anything that’s broken they’ll literally just cover up the mess temporarily and getting a hold of them is hell. They said they changed the carpet from the person that lived there before me but when I moved in I got the biggest rash all over my body and the carpet was disgusting…
I absolutely love living here!! So far, everyone has been so kind and helpful. I really have no complaints. The amenities like the pool and tennis court are great. It’s a great place to walk around, lots of nature everywhere. Close to UB, highway entrance, and target plaza. Love it here

Great place to live. I have owned multiple units in this complex and the association is constantly making sure everything is in order.
