MOUSE POOP EVERYWHERE!!!! Don’t store your items in one of these units if you don’t want mouse poop on your belongings!!!! I got a unit here in January 2024. All of the items I put in this unit were from inside my home where I did not have any mice. 4 months later I went back to the unit to get out baby items as I was pregnant and expecting another child in July 2024. Was very satisfied with our experience. We needed a storage space the same day. Micheal was great. He got us set up with what we needed. Super easy and simple.
We have been renting a unit from Charter Oak storage for a year. The place is always clean. Easy access to get to your unit. I feel very safe when I am loading and unloading my car there. Mgt. is top notch. I highly recommend this facility.
