I have been seeing Jessie Rivera for counseling for over a year, and she is Amazing! I feel incredibly SAFE, HEARD and UNDERSTOOD, with her which can be rare in my experience. She also advocated for me to help expedite appointments with outside organizations when they were lacking. I am grateful to Jessie and Charter Oak family center, very positive experience. ✨️
I highly recommend never coming here. Jessie cancelled my apts on a regular bases with almost no notice, literally within 15 min of our scheduled meet. I saw her for one month and she canceled at least three in person appointments. Seems like she takes on way more than she can handle. I have a hard time trusting people and this experience did not help!
I have been going to Charter Oak since January of 2024. I have had nothing but a positive experience and have gained a lot of support in my personal development and mental health. I highly recommend! Sky is the best!
