Dr. Huang was amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and was very kind and compassionate. Will be coming back if I ever need more work done.
My son had an appointment, but when we arrived, they told me that since I didn't confirm, they canceled it. I explained that they never called me or sent a text message. When we checked, they had my number wrong. Later, they told me they could see him but that we had to wait. I reminded them that I had an appointment, and the receptionist rudely said that we had to wait and that she didn’t know how long it would take, I refused to wait since my son is an 19 month old baby that can't definitely wait for so long. My kids have been going here since last summer. Love them and there team. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable.
Great experience with Oak St dental. Had a tooth extraction and bone graft by Dr. J. This dentist is awesome! Personable, and thorough. He did a great job. His assistant and the rest of the staff are also on point. I'd definitely recommend this office and if you get an appointment with Dr. J then even better. Also reasonable cost, and the location is easy to get to! Thanks Oak St Dental! AF
