Charter Oak is a great community to live. The environment is clean and quiet. The maintenence crew are prompt whenever you have a request and need it handled. The apartment front office are very respectful and nice they always greet with me with a smile. I love my living place and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to reside in this area.
So far my experience has been amazing. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. They made sure as I was taken care of and made my first apartment experience a super pleasant one! The area is well maintained and my apartment was clean with no issues! If you’re looking for an apartment right next to the airport, then this is one I would definitely check out! Shout out to Shannon as she was a standout and super friendly!
I applied for the apartment. They made me deposit all the application fees. Later they refused to refund me the fees. Only after long follow ups I got back some.
While apartment hunting, we stopped by this place. The staff were so friendly. The place is neat too. Even though we did not find the unit we were looking for, they helped us look for properties that might have it.
It’s a cozy community with quick access to necessities and the highway. The staff is awesome. The grounds are well kept and service requests are resolved quickly. EDIT: The walls are paper THIN! I can hear everyone’s conversations, dogs constantly barking, loud music and bass coming from the lot next door, LOSE SLEEP BECAUSE OF MY SNORING NEIGHBOR… I’M OVER IT. White noise does NOT work.
