We just had a crisis! I was sitting in my living room enjoying my Saturday morning and I heard a scratching sound from my fireplace. It sounded like a small animal was up near the top of the chimney. Suddenly the sound got a lot louder and it was clear that the animal had fallen down into the chimney and was now just above the fireplace. What an amazing maintenance man this complex has. I think his name is Jose very personable, respectful kind and helpful. I had a question about my car and he went out his way to answer and help. When I said thank you he said anything for our residents 😊 Thank you sir!
