I have lived here for about 8 years and I definitely want to give kudos to the new ladies in the office. I love coming in the office and being able to have great conversations with smiling people. They are always laughing and having a great time which makes me happy to visit. The outside of the community is maintained. I'm glad to live here and look forward to living here for many more. If you get the opportunity to visit Charter Oak, please come see these ladies. They are awesome!
New review 2026 I've been a tenant with this community for almost 3 years now. Now with new management in the service they continue to get better. Overall Shanon has been an exceptional leasing agent very wise and understanding she is always on top of things ASAP just in 2 months her courageous work ethic shows for it. I didn't end up leasing here, I want to give a compliment to the ladies in the office. They were very nice and funny. They walked the property with one manager, Shannon, and she had me laughing hysterically. She showed me the units, which were well taken care of and I liked the amenities. I ended up finding a place closer to work, otherwise I would have looked to move in here strictly based on the management team.
