I intentionally waited a couple months before writing this review because I wanted to experience the entire process from my first visit in April through my move-in in July. I'm so glad I did because Shannon exceeded my expectations every step of the way. I've honestly never met anyone who takes as much pride in customer satisfaction as Shannon. I have not lived here for 4 years, I don't even live in DFW. It was quite for a while but now over the last few months Me and my partner are getting emailes, text messages and now calls from other complexes saying Charter Oaks refered me to them. I have called and asked them to stop but that hasn't happen... It's getting really old.
Great place to be! This fall will be 14 years. No regrets. No problems with anything Inside or outside. I love this area and everything is near by. They take care of this community. No complaints at all. Dena and Shannon and Isreal are great! Always here working which shows why this place looks great. I'll sign another lease when it's time to again.
I moved here in October, ever since I’ve been satisfied with the quiet neighborhood, staff and my new home. It’s a nice spacious renovated apartment and to top it off it has a real fireplace. I love the amenities and the staff. Dena & Shannon are so helpful and precise. I truly can see myself living here for years because of the awesome experience :)
I have lived here for about 8 years and I definitely want to give kudos to the new ladies in the office. I love coming in the office and being able to have great conversations with smiling people. They are always laughing and having a great time which makes me happy to visit. The outside of the community is maintained. I'm glad to live here and look forward to living here for many more.
