Set up an appointment for an annual physical. The office staff were a bit disorganized and got my appointment time incorrect (despite an online booking???). Dr Olga was unhelpful entirely and didn't know how to submit an order for labs. We eventually got it sorted out but I somehow was billed for a specialist copay through my insurance. Weeks later I called the office because I still hadn't seen my test results and I was told they would only discuss them over the phone. Excellent care. Beginning with scheduling appts, clinical care assistance, Nurse Practitioners, and most importantly my PCP, Dr Hans Jeppesen. I had been taking my long time companion here for maybe 8 years. Everyone had been so attentive to her and made her feel special, as she was indeed. Listening to her many interesting stories of being a professional Jazz singer, stationed in Japan, serving in the Army during the Korean conflict. I have been getting treated since the beginning of December by Dr jeppesen like a dog very inhumane refuses to treat side effects to medications he prescribes this is the second infection he's refused to treat until I got wicked wicked sick the nurses have been wonderful but the doctor I wouldn't bring my dead dog to him stay away from him or he will make you suffer too
