I am looking for a new doctor and choose Alla Guerin. What a right decision! The doctor is very pleasant and professional. She made a time to listen me and gave me an option to improve my health. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I don’t usually like leaving reviews on doctor’s offices, but today has been a very bad experience. I scheduled the appointment for my mother in law at 3pm, and 30 min later the NP hasn’t showed up yet. When I asked the front desk about the delay, I received a very rude response repeating I don’t know I don’t know, and offered to reschedule just to get rid of us. In case the patient is late longer than 15 min, they have the right to cancel the appointment. Totally understandable, but also the patient time has to be respected... read more

I do not usually do reviews in general. But especially not for doctor's offices but samantha has gone above and beyond for my mother, I am so blessed to be my mother's caregivers. In but to have someone in your corner like Ms. Samantha is something very special.
Booked an apt online and was told I was all set through zocdoc. They cancelled the apt 2 hours before after I moved my work around for it. Told me their online booking isn’t synched with their schedules. I had friends say this place was awful but was one of the only places taking new patients, now I see why.
