I along with 13 friends were supposed to be on a private flight from Denver (BJC) to Galápagos (GPS) with charter flight group. Our departure date was set for May 19, 2022 early AM. Our plane was canceled 10 hours prior to departure VIA EMAIL! Their sales associate with whom we had been working, Lindsey, was not available/responsive to phone calls/texts nor would she respond to emails.
