I along with 13 friends were supposed to be on a private flight from Denver (BJC) to Galápagos (GPS) with charter flight group. Our departure date was set for May 19, 2022 early AM. Our plane was canceled 10 hours prior to departure VIA EMAIL! Their sales associate with whom we had been working, Lindsey, was not available/responsive to phone calls/texts nor would she respond to emails. We were left without a flight and without recourse, and due to flight restrictions into GPS, we could not leave that day. We were stuck booking another flight from another charter company for over double the price due last minute booking. It took OVER A YEAR AND LEGAL INTERVENTION to receive our money back. And we were only compensated for the plane. We were out on the other costs such as the transport on both ends of the flight, the hotel, restaurant, and other costs for the first night we missed out on. The explanation given was that “the owner wanted his plane” there was no responsibility taken or anything done to make it right prior to legal recourse. With forensic accounting it was revealed this company has several lawsuits including fraud and allegations of unpaid taxes. Steer very clear, do not waste your time or money here!!!!
