The costumer service is terrible! If you are an attractive girl you will get hit on all the time by the people that work there and a lot of the guys that work out there. The management is lazy and are hypocrite. Also if you want a job there you have to be BEST friends with the general manager. Who is a complete jerk, but the gym it self is nice. Not a fan. I wouldn't sign up.
Don't be fooled by their low advertised prices - they will find ways to charge you additional fees. Their business practices are REALLY questionable. Just google their company, or look at their BBB rating - it's an F mostly because of billing issues. I had a complaint regarding a charge and trying to speak to management was completely useless. I am really worried now and having to check my credit card daily to make sure there aren't any fraudulent charges. The facilities are also extremely basic with old equipment, so I don'... read more
