Been going here for almost two years and it’s always been a great experience. Price is perfect for what they offer and the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. Staff is approachable and are always helpful with any question. I recommend to all my friends and family to go here to go here all the time and so should you!
Recently signed up for Charter Fitness a few months ago and have been very happy with my experience. They do a great job of keeping the gym clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.
Just called facility and the employee was rude. Tried to ask him about membership plans and all he did was repeat what I had ask him. If this is any sign of customer service from the gym I want nothing to do with it. So disappointed.
Clean and well-maintained facility. Staff is very friendly. Personal trainer Maribeth listens to my goals and tailors to me. Great experience.
