I called the owner to complain about some work they did for me expecting him to honor the warranty and correct the issue I was having, instead I talked to a rude narcissist who tried to blame me for my problems!!…Paid big money too!!….I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to allow them to do work!!…Highly unprofessional!!!
Great service. Kevin arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing an outside fan. He was very helpful with the operation of the new fan. Kevin kept everything clean and neat, Will definitely us Charter Electric again.
