The customer support and service quality continue to degrade. Separate billing systems cause customers to spend hours trying to obtain service and attention. Using on line helps some, but does not resolve the phone issues or increased service interruptions and downtime on average 4-6 times a month. Customer support is not available 7x24, thus recovery takes days to resolve.
