Not up to Hilton standards.
We have stayed at Charter Club quite a few years and had a horrendous experience during our Christmas stay. What started as a few small bugs quickly turned into a serious issue, with seeing 20+ cockroaches throughout the kitchen and living area—on counters, floors, walls, and coming out from behind appliances. It became clear this could not have been an isolated incident and made the stay extremely uncomfortable, to the point where our kids did not want to go back to there room to sleep. 3 years in a row coming here. Condos are very clean but dated. Restaurants are wonderful never have to wait. Good people no problems.

We rented chairs and an umbrella here. Great service and great beach day! Highly recommend!
