The tour guides and bus drivers are fabulous. The trips are fun and well planned out. Beware the new buses are like sitting on Spirit airline. The seats are hard and no leg room. The overhead storage is smaller and there is no seat pockets. Their old 🚌 were a lot more comfortable and more spacious. Bring a seat cushion

Great Day helped me organize a custom tour to the Brandywine River Museum and Studios (Wyeth artist family) and Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania. As a first time group leader, I was worried all would go well. All went very well, thanks in no small part to Ryan at Great Day and Gary, our bus driver. Thanks to them, I’m getting lots of thank yous from my group.

Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication. My daughter accidentally left her Jordan Retro 4 shoes on the bus during a school trip to Chicago. The school tried contacting the driver, and we also called the office several times ourselves. Each time, we were told someone would call us back, but nobody ever did. We understand the company may not be responsible for forgotten items, but the lack of follow-up and concern was very frustrating, especially because the shoes were a Christmas gift. Our driver was THE BEST EVER! Matt was hilarious the whole time. He drove us to Washington D.C. from Cleveland Ohio for the weekend of May 1st. He was very knowledgeable with where we were going and he knew a lot of history.
