Stephanie the accountant at this location setup an appointment with me. I called to confirm the morning of after making schedule changes to have taxes for business and personal completed. She failed to tell me she supposedly “had to do a zoom call to complete them” i requested in personal to go over important requests. Who does zoom call for taxes???? Lol Anyways i was rescheduled for later in the week. I show up for my appointment only to find out she wasn’t even in the STATE!!!! Poor business practices and VERY POOR COMMUN... read more
