We went to Chart House in Jacksonville Thursday 6/27 with another couple and the evening was going well. We got our drinks (wine and other libations) and appetizers, and the waiter was pleasant. We later ordered our food and when it finally came out, everyone's dinner came out except mine. The servers didn't know and I was patiently waiting for them to place my plate but they left.
