Great season on the filet. Perfect MedRare cook. But the Raspberry Souffle almost ruined the entire dinner with it's overpowering egg smell that easily eclipsed the raspberry taste. The other party had the chocolate lava cake. A much better choice, perfectly executed
I enjoyed a filet mignon (medium well) with truffle butter on it. That was a fine steak. We timed the rotation tonight and it seemed we made a full circuit in about 45 minutes.
Everything was great and the view is amazing 😉
