Will never return again! Our reservation was at 7:15, and we did not leave until 10:15. Our party did not order appetizers or dessert. The three hours was just for a main course. It took the waiter an hour alone just to let us order. I asked what was on their salad and he did not mention cucumbers which is something I cannot eat. Cucumbers was on the salad. My friends and I were so excited about our evening at the Chart House. We arrived on time at 7:15pm, and were seated promptly. Unfortunately after being seated, we waited 10 minutes for water. We also waited over an hour before we were able to order. He forgot to take 2 of our orders. My friend ordered a salad, specifically with no cucumbers, and she received a salad with cucumbers chopped into it. She then received a second salad and it still had cucumbers all chopped in it. Food was expensive, not very good, and service was extremely slow. We waited almost an hour and a half for our first main food item to come out and it was cold and had to be sent back.

I was there on the 10 of July, for my birthday celebration when it became the worst time ever, I sat on a broken wine glass that was left in the booth they sat us down in. Where i was scratched on my butt cheek and left with a torn dress. That I had just purchased earlier that day. The manager working that night came and got my information, never filled out an incident report and told me someone would be in contact with me , I am still waiting for someone to call. Amazing views and romantic setting. Love the menu & perfect drinks. Very nice staff
We ate there tonight and although the food was good we were not happy customers at the end of night. We had our daughters meal packaged up to take away and when we opened it up at home we saw trash was inside! A straw and receipt that wasn’t even ours. Disgusting. I called the restaurant 20 times over the course of 2 hours and was not able to get a hold of anyone to discuss the matter. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
