My first visit here with my son as a new patient went very well and I was pleased with the service we received - staff and dentist were helpful and pleasant. Our second visit was with a different dentist who was unhelpful and rude - Neil Rattenbury. Although he stated at the start of our appointment that he had read the notes and seen the relevant x-ray, (great I thought, as we were there to make a treatment plan for a tooth filling), he abruptly said there was nothing he would do for us and advised us to go elsewhere!
