Five stars!!! These guys helped me out and got us back on the road in two hours. While on a 5.5 trip back home from Normal to KCMO, during the statewide lockdown, my car needed to be serviced after calling 3 garages, I finally hit on Charron’s. They were friendly and speedy. If you’re ever in the Lincoln area, please don’t hesitate to look here first.

Fixed my brand new (2018) Subaru WRX that had damage all along the driver side from front to back from being struck in a driveway. I dont trust many people with my cars, as I do most of my mechanical work myself and am a car enthusiast, but John is a class act. He is honest, respectful, down-to-earth and extremely easy to work with. Had my car back in just over a week in which there was a holiday and a snowstorm in between. I highly recommend Charron's Auto Body. Nice & easy to deal with. Fixed damage to my car quick & easy with no hassels. The car looks like no one ever hit me. I am super happy!!

I chose Charron's because it came highly recommended by people I asked. John Charron was pleasant and professional and offered helpful suggestions. He repaired my new car to the point that it looks brand new again, and he did it quickly. I love the workmanship and perfectionism. Now I will also be highly recommending him to anyone who asks me!

I picked Charron's out of the yellow pages when I needed some body work done due to a minor accident. I picked them because I wanted to give my business to someone in town. What a lucky choice. I had never been in an accident before and John was so so helpful in making sure I knew what to do with insurance and car rental. His work was first rate and right on schedule. Just picked up my car today after having some small scratches removed/repainted on my new Subaru Outback. Less than 5,000 miles and Ouch, two deep scratches. Both small in size but needed to be attended to. One from backing into gate on a wire fence and two from the use of a bike rack. Excellent Quality & Service I shopped around the Jaffrey area for some body work on my 2006 Lexus. John (owner) was very friendly and helpful. He presented many different options for fixing the damage that fit my budget. In the end, he surpassed my expectations...the car looked like new. The work was excellent and the service was impeccable. I will definitely use them again.
