Dr. Charron performed my latest colonoscopy in January 2025 at the request of another physician with whom I was treating. It had been several years since I had seen Dr. Charron, but I had great confidence in him and his support staff from that earlier contact. My experience in January only reinforced my earlier opinion. I saw Dr. Charron on November 16, 2022 with groin pain. I was informed he’d like to do a colonoscopy. I was assured his nurse would call me the following week. When I did not hear from her, I tried to call her but learned she was on vacation. I left a message with Dr. Charron’s secretary who reassured me she would make sure the nurse would contact me upon her return the following week. Weeks have gone by and no one has called me. I will be contacting another practice at this point.
a VERY caring Doctor whose practice is patient centric. He and his team took the time to ensure the highest standards of care were met. Dr. Charron communicates well to explain the procedures, expected outcomes and follow ups recommended.
