Very handy location 5min walk to CHATSWOOD station. We arrived late, but the instructions were clear. A nice room, but smaller than the pictures led us to believe. There are no tea making facilities. There is an espresso machine, but it doesn’t boil the water hot enough for tea. The toilet seat is extremely low which makes it very difficult for elderly people to get up. A very beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely ambience. Well decorated. Comfortable bed. Great shower. More than ample breakfast. Staff are wonderful.
We had a lovely stay at the Silkari The Charrington! It was very close to Chatswood train station and a very peaceful location. The beds were very comfortable and shower pressure was amazing! The continental breakfast was modest but satisfying and sufficient with toast, small croissants, fruit, yoghurt and coffee machine (no hot food). We arrived quite late at night but the late check-in instructions were very clear. Would definitely recommend!
Staff were so friendly and helpful by trying their best to cater for our needs. Thank you to the lovely receptionist who helped us check in. Room was lovely and clean. Beds super comfortable. Location was perfect and so handy to Chatswood. Breakfast was an added bonus and yummy choices. Will stay again if ever in the area. Thank you for having us. 😊
