I bought a new 2022 home from them May this year it took me 4 months to get in after approval & my house was destroyed on the drive here been getting set & repaired for 2 months trim resets daily leaving cracks ..my floors are uneven my underpinning barely passed inspection they have a "preacher" as the handyman he talks nonsense about his congregation the whole time he's 'working' if I had known then what I know now I would have never gone here..they told me this was about the only house we would be able to get and I feel l... read more

Do NOT buy from Charriette Homes in cheraw. In 2019 we went and was looking for homes. In August we fell Lin love with a brand new 3 bed 2 bath trailer. Since then it's been nothing but issues. What was suppose to be a 3 month process took 10 months. The trailer sat in our land for 3 months before they allowed us to move in. The two years we have moved here there has been nothing but issues.
