Got my house but the process for setup was horrible and poor communication, still isn't complete and it's been almost exactly 2 months since I brought it...will never buy another house from them
We bought a new home from them, and started the process in November. They finally got the home in in March. Our problems began when the guy they use to prep the land charged us for multiple loads of dirt we didn’t need, and the guys that set up our home left trash all over our property. Their specialist that does the perk test did it in an area where the house WASN’T going, claimed it perked but when the septic guys came in we found that it didn’t so it cost an additional $4k. I bought a new 2022 home from them May this year it took me 4 months to get in after approval & my house was destroyed on the drive here been getting set & repaired for 2 months trim resets daily leaving cracks ..my floors are uneven my underpinning barely passed inspection they have a "preacher" as the handyman he talks nonsense about his congregation the whole time he's 'working' if I had known then what I know now I would have never gone here..they told me this was about the only house we would be able to get and I feel l... read more
