We visited Charred @ the Marriot in Louisville KY. The bar and dining area was beautiful. Very welcoming and warm. The service was great and the food and drink was amazing. I had the Blue Hawaiian drink, he had Bourbon. For dinner, I had the Grilled Chicken Elote Pasta and he had the Fried chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The food was seasoned well and very tasty!! We also had the Jalape�o dip with bbq beef on top....we were almost full off of that alone! I highly recommend Charr'd!
Loved the omelette station!
Met my son and girlfriend for drinks. We did not dine. Only drinks. Dave was our bartender and provided stellar customer service and conversation. Dave worked the bar very efficiently with other guests and the drinks were well made. The bluegrass band playing at the time provided a nice twist and their sound was excellent.
Every meal I ate from here was so delicious!! Highly recommend the salmon and creme brûlée.
