Every meal I ate from here was so delicious!! Highly recommend the salmon and creme brûlée.
This used to be one of my family's favorite restaurants, especially before COVID, but unfortunately it has gone downhill quite a bit. We stopped in at Charr'd for lunch today, hoping to enjoy a place we've always liked. My brisket sandwich was decent, but my kids were very disappointed with their meals. The burger was underwhelming (he said McDonald's is way better), and the chicken tenders were so bad that my daughter actually spit out the last bite and refused to finish them. The team at Charr’d provided exceptional service for my party of 18 on Mother’s Day. From Shannon (the F&B Director) helping me get the reservation setup, to Joe (restaurant manager) being on site and greeting me upon arrival to Linda who was the server taking care of my group….all was fabulous. The team even helped me setup pictures of all the moms in my group on the tables which helped make the day even more meaningful. Great job to all!!
You’re basically eating in the hotel lobby. Very loud, hotel guests walking past your table carrying golf clubs. The restaurant would be better off being cut off from the hotel. The $50 steak was improperly cooked, looked like a ponderosa special. The $25 burger had the cheese wrapper still on it and it got bitten into. This was an awful experience from top to bottom. Please don’t bother with this place as I don’t imagine it will last too long.
I love this Marriott for many reasons. Impeccable security and service, on par with the best hotels worldwide! However - I did order some buffalo wings - which had many long & nauseating hairs. I have provided photos. Proceed with caution when ordering wings from this location: they may be hairy.
