Very unprofessional.. rude as hell and they charge you $20 or $25 fee to write you a prescription refill. This man came in a picked up a prescription refill and they charged him $20 cash. He said they always charge everyone that. I think that’s illegal!
I Was a patient in the past, he never made eye contact with me. He would just stare at his laptop and ask questions. Interested to see if he still has the same demeanor. Never ran extra test, kept me on the same meds with out option to change dosage or completely wean off seizure meds.
