You can always do business with the people who own this business. They are very honest and do outstanding work. Ken has done alot of work for me and it has always been outstanding. He is a professional.
I’ve been a long time customer of Ken’s and he’s always been friendly and very chatty! He has helped me understand what needed done to my cars, why, was upfront about parts and labor costs, and set forth a timeline for completion. He is by far more than fair on prices and does a good job. He recently did some work on my Jeep that a competitor quoted me 3x the costs as what Ken charged. After spending the better part of two days calling every shop and machinist in Rapid City I was lucky enough to get in contact with Ken after my car developed hub/wheel bearing issues on a cross-country trip.
