Unable to help with our caravan issue, but Noel made many phone calls until he organised a company to fix the issue. Went way above and beyond my expectations, and got us through a stressful situation.
I called these guys up as I pulled in to Goulburn with some issues and needed to get back to Newcastle. Told me to come straight over. Customer service was first class, they found the issue and were totally upfront with parts/timeframes. Drove back to Newcastle on a wing and a prayer but made it with some great advice. It’s just a shame I’m not a local as this would definitely be the place I took my car!!
Always have my car serviced here. Team helpful and polite. Parking is an issue.
