He is very attentive to both me as an owner, my tenant and the upkeep of my property. Avoid at all cost – Turn around and run. He owes me $8,000. He collects rent from tenant ,sends you the check, the check bounces, he doesn't even apologize, and does it again. I am suing. I discovered two other people who are going through the same thing. He also calls the property owner, asks for money for a repair, and keeps the money himself.
