Today was my first visit. I found the practice professional and the staff was personable. The Doctor was pleasant and took time to explain her observations. Even when there was a minor scheduling issue the resolution was quick. I also appreciated the use of technology for the paperwork aspects of the new patient process.
So, I scheduled an appt for March 2, 2023. It seems that the ofc has a balance but no record of my insurance which should/would have been on file and how would I have a balance of $133 for a cleaning when we all know that through the insurance that your cleanings are free every 6 mos. It was told to me that they changed their system and didn't have a record of my medical insurance but had been attempting to reach me to pay a balance in which I had insurance that they (or prior to) didn't submit to the insurance company. I was a patient of Dr. Whitaker at Fenton Family Dental around 2017. I had a root canal procedure and a bridge done by Dr. Whitaker who did a phenomenal job. I was very comfortable with the level of care and expertise. Thank you Dr. Whitaker!
