Poor management of their cases, including Yahoo Class Action. They promised a payment late spring, early summer, and still not received anything. They also lack transparency with no follow up. The last update on their site dates from March 2024 (1 and a half years). I don’t recommend them for your lawsuits.
Anyone doing their homework after getting the yahoo claims email? IT LOOKS FAKE! This company and RicePoint have very little reviews and dont seem to be very truthful when I called to gather information. DONT give your personal information away to these people and keep yourself safe.
I’m part of a class action. I cannot get a return call. Then there’s been no answer. Now I show up at the door and there is a very weathered paper on the door saying closed due to Covid. Didn’t think that was a thing anymore. They also have a cardboard box at the door for mail to be left. Seriously, that is not safe as far as personal info.
Regarding the Ford dual-clutch transmission problemsThey have still yet to get in touch. I have emailed the proper dedepartment. No return contact what so ever.
