If a doctor recommends a drug and the doctor has to override it it’s very simple. The pharmacist said. They just write why you must take that one and not another one in your plan. The other drug did not help me and he recommended this one, but it was hundreds of dollars without the override. Other reasons also.
I waited an hour before I gave up and left. Office staff isn’t helpful and didn’t even look up at me to answer me.. Doctor is very good but I don’t think waiting an hour when there was no emergency Is acceptable.

Got there on time 1:00pm and saw the pts that were there and six that came after us leaving while we were still waiting to be call. Then we just walk away we really felt as a second class category and we do have class and pride that was not nice. It is not acceptable. THE EMPLOYEES. attracts or push away the clients of a business.
Dr Charney is the best neurologist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He really cares about his patients and listens to them. He'll go out of his way to get your problem solved. After going to several doctors and being dismissed it was refreshing to find a doctor who listens to your symptoms and have answers for them. Unfortunately I can't say the same about his staff. They are just rude and inefficient. They don't care about doing their own job. They are just lazy and careless.
Dr Charney was very nice and helpful his office staff however was among the rudest people I have ever come across! Nasty impolite human beings! There favorite thing to do is put you on hold and then tell you to call back later!
After my stroke while driving and car accident, it was Dr. Charney who saved my life, took control of my care and provided three years of treatment and intense rehabilitation at the best rehabilitation hospital in the United States. The office is not what you will expect from this notable Best Neurologist in New York, its homey as the good doctor manages to provide the finest neurological medical office in the city at reasonable prices. In 1982, while sitting in my stopped car I was broadsided by a speeding truck. Then, After traveling the rounds of specialized physicians who were unable to diagnose and treat my ailments thank GOD I was referred to Dr Charney by A very respected and accomplished rheumatologist. I will forever be thankful to her for the referral. Dr Charney has been a GODsend to me. He has been able to diagnose and treat the various issues that have been causing my extreme pain without the use of opioids.
