I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment and was shocked to see the waiting room nearly empty — there was only one other patient there. Despite this, I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation or courtesy update from the staff. When I was finally seen, the doctor had no idea who referred me or why I was even there. If you're considering infusion therapy, I recommend avoiding Dr. Klein. During my father's care, she dismissed his condition by suggesting I take him home and make him "comfortable" without conducting any tests. After I insisted on a blood test, it revealed he required a transfusion. Her approach seemed outdated and overly negative. Additionally, her staff is unprofessional.
