RecommendedI went in blind to what was wrong and they could've totally ripped me off today but instead told me what to do and sold me a $5 replacement. Thank you very much for taking care of me and just for being nice.
My mom is elderly and severely hearing impaired - so she is very anxious about trying to talk on the phone or having folks in the house to do work. She finally broke down and called Charms today with a non-emergency (several broken locks and a jammed safe in the house) and both the woman on the phone and the gentleman who came a few hours later treated her with kindness and compassion, and spoke clearly enough for her to understand. I absolutely love this place! My friends son lost the keys to my car and i honestly had no idea what to do because my ignition key didn't fit to my car doors.. how unfortunate is that, the ignition was switched before i bought the car!(rages) Anyway so i had a friend take apart my ignition and bring it over to this spot and holy god Joe saved my life and was able to reprogram my ignition with new keys!! i said to him you are my hero and saved my life because not even the own brand of my car which is Honda couldn't reprogram ... read more
