I recently went to Charmrace following a strong recommendation from a friend and a careful consideration of their reviews. Initially, I asked them to solve a petrol odour problem which my previous garage failed to do on three attempts! They immediately identified the problem and remedied it. Thoroughly good mechanics, straightforward to deal with and trustworthy. The customer service is great. They have a great reputation locally and are always helpful and welcoming.
Exceptional and uncommonly good service for my van MOT. They provided cost effective solutions to complicated problems, were clear so that i was able to understand it , kept me informed on time and costs, and they went out of their way to help me. They asked questions, listened and gave good realistic, honest guidance. Very thoughtfull and caring service. Happy.
