Recently moved to Loxley into Charmont Estates, from a condo in Gulf Shores, AL. I could not be happier! It is so quiet, and the neighbors (at least my neighbors) were so welcoming and friendly. The lake with the Gazebo on the island is absolutely GORGEOUS! The common areas are well maintained, as are most (if not all) of the yards. I LOVE MY HOME, and I cannot think of a reason someone would not, if they moved into this quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood!
