I am a first time wig buyer. I chose to go here because of the great reviews about how helpful the staff is. I was really counting on them to guide me through this. The gentleman let me try on several wigs, all of which were too large for my head. I asked him if I should look at children's wigs since the rest were all too big (by a lot). He insisted that I just needed to adjust the band around the edge. While that kept the wig on my head, it created a big "bubble" of space at the crown. My first human wig, I bought from charming wig , was back in 2003, due to hair loss,20 years later I found out I have alopecia. Awesome customer service. I would recommend their wig store,if you want a good quality wig. I turned my family on to charm wigs, they have good things to say about them, they won't shop online for wigs.
