Called Quida and made an appointment for the following day at noon at the Winchester location. I got there before noon and a Stylist there told me Quida had to make a run and was not there. I waited 20 minutes and she had not returned so I decided to leave. Stylist asked me if I wanted to call her and I said no and left. I think I should have been called rather than let me come in to sit and wait, not knowing for how long. I thought this was very unprofessional and will not go back there again.
I love my results. My guy has even said he noticed immediately how healthy my hair looks.
