This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After meeting the tech and doing the initial scans (one $64 scan wasn’t covered by insurance, but I wasn’t asked if I wanted it up front), I was told to wait for the dentist, who would be in shortly. 45 minutes later, the doctor came in and tried to laugh off being late.
