I have been going to charming smiles for 17 years. Great Dentist and staff.
The people were very nice and kind and did a great job pulling my teeth but I have swelling and a bruise on my chin but I'm good
First we had a discrepancy waiting for my health insurance gives the money available (approval) for my denture I was waiting and waiting week s Than when I stopped at the office (who is in charge with finances) she said ...didn't hear back from insurance I called my insurance..they said v.. they didn't get a request..uhhhh Was she lying?..bad Finally a week later I got my appointment For impression
Great experience, staff was very nice, Dr. Bolanos was informative and took time to explain the plan needed to get my issue resolved. This is the first time I have been to a dentist and walked out without being in any pain (even from the numbing shot) Thank you for getting me in right away and being so helpful. Sandy Stephens
From the front desk employees to each dental assistant and Dr. Bolanos, everyone was extremely friendly and kind. Never tried to push for anything more than what was needed. Exceptional in every way.
