Excellent!!!
Poor customer service. They lost my business over a lifted nail and $6. On August 15th, I went for a Dip Manicure. On August 28th, after two days of having my nail lifting and getting caught in my hair, I went to get my nail fixed. I sat in the chair for ONE HOUR waiting as they finished other customers to then get to me to fix one nail. I did not complain although I was annoyed smelling all those chemicals in a poorly ventilated area. The kicker... they charged me $6 to fix ONE nail and it was not even the same color. I went to Charming Nails of MC on Wednesday around 3 ish and boy, did they do an EXCELLENT service!! I must have came at the right time because I was immediately seated after I arrived. Im a walk in kind of gal too! My nails are gel mani's with nail extensions and they are SO cutie!! Very comfortable and calm experience! They were very gentle with my hands and fingers. My nails were 70 bucks and are SO worth it! <3
