Recently I had a very intimate baby event at Charming Fig, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the very beginning, working with Carly and her team was such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Carly is incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely cares about bringing your vision to life. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and honest—which I really appreciated throughout the entire planning process. Unfortunately, not a great experience. The staff were rude, and I was surprised to be charged $11 for a coffee. High prices can be acceptable when paired with great service and quality, but that wasn’t my experience here. Disappointing overall.
I LOVE Charming Fig!! When you walk in you are welcomed with a hello, smile and a hug. The inside is beautiful , the food and drinks are delicious but the best part is the Staff. Everyone is so friendly!! Highly recommend this place!
