I've had a great experience using Charming Casa. Mike is very communicative and responsive. Sam had been very reliable and attentive to detail. He accomplished all the regular cleaning and if there's time he will do additional "deeper clean" items as well. They have been a game changer for me and my home!
Michael is very responsive and provides great customer service so I was looking forward to having them complete my move out clean. However I was not satisfied with the move out clean they provided. The cleaner arrived slightly late and said she would only need two hours to complete the clean, which I thought was more than enough time for a move out clean on already pretty clean small two bedroom apartment, about 700 square ft. Staff is friendly and they do a great job!
They cleaned our interior and exterior windows and did a deep clean as well. Arrived on time, were professional and I would highly recommend them. Will be using them again and referring to friends as well.
