Very nice lady but EXTREMELY TO HIGH PRICED I didn’t ask over the phone how much a deep condition and hot oil treatment would be including getting 2 strand twist on my short natural hair because I know how much it is typically just to get weave or certain hairstyles so I wasn’t worried about a simple style and deep condition which was my fault! It came out to 330( including trim ) at the end of the day baby I could’ve got some box braids for that price this was not worth that much
I really enjoyed my time at Charmie’s salon today. Not only did she do an amazing job, but she scheduled me in for an urgent appointment because I had an unexpected event pop into my schedule. I appreciated her kindness and great conversation and man can she braid!! I am very happy and pleased with my hair. Very sweet lady but full transparency upfront is key for me as a client. For context, I really wanted to get my kinky twists taken out since I had them in for about a month. When I spoke with Charmie on the phone we discussed a consultation however, if I would have known that it would cost over $200+ just to have my kinky twists taken out (no other services) then I wouldn’t have showed up to the salon nor booked an appointment. Charmie’s skills are amazing!!!! I will say, for new clients expecting to make any kind of changes to their hair beyond a quick trim, you’ll need to block out an hour and a half to two hours of your time. Especially if there’s going to be a consultation beforehand. Charmie takes her time, but the results are well worth it.
